Welcome to Inside Track!

This page consolidates all Inside Track articles to make it easier for ILCA members to find, access, and use. Inside Track articles are written for parents, and their families. Our members often use these handouts to reinforce teaching with their clients. This new site replaces the Inside Track collection previously housed on the Journal of Human Lactation website. If you are an ILCA member, you may use this site as “one-stop shopping” for Inside Track articles. You may freely distribute them to your clients as printouts or as electronic PDFs. The option of distributing an electronic Inside Track is an EXCLUSIVE benefit to ILCA members!

This member benefit allows for single usage per client. Inside Track articles are not intended for mass distribution and may not be posted on any other website without expressed written permission. For distribution of an Inside Track, other than for individual client use, please contact ILCA at info@myilca.org.

Note regarding translations: ILCA is conducting a systematic review of all Inside Track translations to verify their accuracy. The translation material will be posted here as soon as each review is completed.
