| Planning
for IBCLC Day 2005
It’s not
too early to start planning for IBCLC Day 2005 which will be celebrated
on Wednesday, March 2nd. No matter what your work venue, it is important
to use this special day to promote your services. Additionally,
every day, be sure to add your IBCLC ID card to your lanyard with
your other ID badge if you have one. Purchase a distinctive IBCLC
lapel pin from IBLCE (go to www.iblce.org)
and place it on your lab coat or on the bag that you carry for home
visits.
The IBCLC Day
page of the ILCA website has ideas and suggestions for celebrating
on March 2nd. This year, many affiliates recognized IBCLCs in various
ways during their affiliate conference or event in March. [more].
