Letters

To the editor:

When I received the 2005 ILCA Conference registration brochure, I read the new policy on the presence of babies and children in conference meeting rooms with great satisfaction. Bravo to ILCA’s Board of Directors for recognizing the importance and feasibility of a more culturally competent policy! A more family-friendly conference will better meet the needs of mothers with little ones and still maintain an environment essential to learning.
