Electronic documentation
Our hospital is transitioning to computer documentation.
Has anyone had experience creating an online lactation documentation
form or have worked in a hospital that uses a computerized
lactation documentation form?
HR Guidelines
I would be interested in having some specific guidelines
regarding staffing and salaries to give my employer.
Right now they have me lumped in with the general nursing
staff in regards to salary level. How can I help them see
me as a Lactation Consultant rather than the staff nurse I
was?
